This is one of my online clients, Matt. Worked with him since I was in Cayman, and EXACTLY 6 months later, following the Lifthard system, (of course with me guiding along the way), he's hit this PR.
Super proud of the guy. This is a 20KG snatch PR in 6 months. Not huge, but he's such a diligent worker. He trains up in Maine, USA with the Russians, (Where Klokov will be going to run a seminar). Go look for him if you want some help with lifting. Cheers! Happy Wednesday btw everyone!
